This policy explains what information is processed when you visit the mechappstudio.com website. Each of our apps also has its own privacy policy, available on the app's page.
Who we are
Mech App Studio is an independent developer of mobile games and apps. Contact: admin@mechappstudio.com.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. Used only to reply to you.
- Account deletion requests: your email address, username (if any) and note. Used only to fulfil your request.
- Technical logs: for security, your IP address, browser type and access time are kept briefly in the hosting provider's server logs; the IP address is stored with form submissions to prevent abuse.
We do not use advertising or tracking analytics tools.
Cookies and browser storage
- Session cookie and security (CSRF) cookie: required for forms to work securely.
- Language cookie (
locale): remembers the language you chose. - Theme preference: your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.
Third parties
- Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google.
- Hosting: the site runs on servers of a shared hosting provider (Hostinger).
We do not sell your personal data or share it with anyone for marketing.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years, and account deletion requests for up to 1 year after they are completed; then they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Turkish KVKK you have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. Email admin@mechappstudio.com; we reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy; the current date is shown at the top of the page.
